DiverseCT Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company number 09652787). We provide equality, diversity and inclusion consultancy, training, and eLearning services. These terms govern your use of our website and platform at www.diverse-ct.co.uk.

2. Using Our Website and Platform

You may use our website and platform for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use our platform in any way that violates applicable laws;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• share your account credentials with others;
• copy or distribute any course content without our written permission;
• use our platform to transmit harmful or offensive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

3. Accounts

To access purchased content, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at enquiries@diverse-ct.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Purchasing Courses and Services

All prices are in pounds sterling. eLearning course prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Consultancy and training prices are stated excluding VAT. You will receive an email confirmation after purchase and access to your course will be available immediately in your learner dashboard.

5. Licence to Use Course Content

When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use that course content for your own personal or professional development. You may not share your access, download or copy content, use content for commercial purposes, or create derivative works from it. All content is owned by DiverseCT Limited and protected by copyright.

6. Organisational Licences

Where your organisation has purchased a licence block, the terms of the relevant service agreement govern that arrangement. Staff enrolled by their organisation access courses under the terms granted to that organisation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform is the intellectual property of DiverseCT Limited or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our course content is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but the law and best practice in the EDI field evolve, and we recommend checking for significant legal developments relevant to your role.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, DiverseCT Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
