Diverse-ct are a culturally and ethnically diverse team of trainers and consultants who thrive on the opportunity to discuss, debate and design equality and diversity strategies.
We aim to provide high quality training, consultancy and research services and partner our clients in moving their equality and diversity strategies forward.
Diverse-ct was founded in 1999 after a number of our trainers were working on a Participatory Action Research Project called 'Partnerships for Change'. This project was initially funded by the Department of Health and tackled the issues of service access, service delivery and community involvement for ethnic minority users.
The external evaluators (Liverpool John Moores University) said of the project:
'Partnerships for Change has created real change and provided actual action, moving the partners much further forward than would have been expected.'
Long after the Partnerships for Change Project ended, our trainers and consultants continue to exceed expectations.
