This half day or 1 day course is designed to be part of a process in assisting staff to understand Diversity and how and why it is integral to the organisation.  With a look at how current businesses benefit from diversity practices, you will gain a greater appreciation of diversity and why it is a must for us to develop and sign up to a Diversity Strategy. 

Exercises will help to create a deeper understanding and delegates will be asked to explore their own attitudes and behaviour.
