About Us

We are a culturally diverse team that thrive on opportunities to discuss, debate and implement equality and diversity strategies.  We love what we do and we do it with a passion!

Our aims are to provide quality training and consultancy services to all our clients and move their diversity and equality agendas forward in line with legislation.

Diverse-ct was founded in 1999 whilst our trainers were working together on a Participatory Action Research Project called ‘Partnerships for Change’. This Project was originally funded by the Department of Health and tackled the issues of service access, service delivery and community involvement for ethnic minority users.

The external evaluators (Liverpool John Moores University) said of the project:
‘Partnerships for Change has created real change and provided actual action, moving the partners much further forward than would have been expected.’

Long after the Partnerships for Change project ended, our trainers and consultants continue to exceed expectations.
